Wellbeing with Blaithin

Blaithin is originally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow but has been influenced over the years by some of the other wonderful yoga styles in existence. She now provides a teaching flow that allows a complete beginner to ease comfortably into the practice whilst also offering more challenging poses to the seasoned practitioner.

Adventure Yoga 

Adventure Yoga excursions are her passion, always out looking for fun new locations to take the yoga practice.  Any outdoor yoga practice is of course an adventure in Irish weather but the next wild session is never far away.  Collaborative excursions include Mountain Yoga Hikes, SUP to Yoga and Yoga-Surf sessions.

Yoga Courses

Having worked with a diverse range of groups over the years and gaining insight into individual needs, Blaithin has developed a number of courses that can be delivered in one-to-one sessions or with groups at your place of work.  Courses range from 4-10 weeks, adapting to suit requirements.
